Course Description: Communication theory and praxis in interpersonal communication. Course also covers reporting requirements, designated funds, fiduciary duties and liability, clergy-penitent privilege, child and elder abuse reporting and confidentiality.

Course Description: Identify and analyze leadership strategies for dealing with both functional and dysfunctional conflict in organizations.
